<br />The staff recommended purchase of the truck from Coast Apparatus on their second low-
<br />est bid, since the low bid submitted by Cen'tral Fire Truck was considered incomplete.
<br />Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the fire truck be purchased from Coast
<br />Apparatus on their bid price of $27,152.00. Rollcall vote. All councilmen preSal t
<br />voting.aye, motion carried.
