All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered '13765. 1 Council Bill No. 6924 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Willakenzie Sanitary Sewer Im- provement District No. WS-63-2 was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 2 Council Bill No.6925 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in 2nd Addition to Eugene Indus- trial Tract was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. 6 Council Bili No. 6929 - Levying assessments for paving all streets' in Whitwood Addition was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. 7 Council Bill No. 6930 - Levying assessments for paving all streets' in Pine Ridge Estates Adqition was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. RESOLUTIONS lO Resolution No. ll35 - Granting variance on block between 2nd and 3rd, High and Mill for site development (Lane County Housing Authority) was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 1l Resolution No. 1137 - Authorizing acceptance of $54,927 from HHFA, Community Facilities Admini- stration, for planning work on three community buildings, one swimming pool, and cover for existing swimming pool (P-Ore-3l88) was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. I 12 Resolution No. 1138 - Authorizing acceptance of $64,350 from HHFA, Urban Renewal Administration, for acquisition of property South Bank Wil1amette River (OS-6) was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 13 Resolution No. ll39 - Authorizing quitclaim deed relinquishing easement to Sig and Kay Moe (EWEB) wassubmitted and read in full. e Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted.
