<br />')2~ <br />t:.J t.J <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1/25/65 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Ii Council Bill No. 6892 - Levying assessments for paving Potter Street from north boundary of 5th <br />Addition to Southern Oaks to south boundary of 5th Addition to Southern Oaks, submitted and read the <br />first time in full on January 11, 1965 and held over for proper notice of assessment to be given <br />owners of affected property, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. <br /> <br />Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to read the council bill the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the <br />second time by councilbill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the ,bill be read the third time by council bill number' <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the <br />third time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall <br />vote.
