Motion carried. <br /> <br />10 Resolution No. 1152 - Calling hearing on March 8, 1965 concerning withdrawing from Oakway Water <br />District and Wil1akenzie Rural Fire District thrn e areas annexed to the City on November 9, 1964 <br />(Gilham and Holly) and November 23, 1964 (54 Holly) wa~ submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />11 Resolution No. 1153 -.Authorizing abatement proceedings 85 North Madison (Yockey-Danielson) was <br />submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />12 I Resolution No. 1154 - Authorizing abatement proceedings 390 East 3rcl (Willie-Stickelts) was <br />submitted and read in full. Mr. Willie protested that he had not received proper consideration in the <br />abatement of this building and asked for extension since he wants to do the work himself. Dr.Purdy <br />moved seconded by Mr. .Crakes to amend the resolution extending the time to March 22, 1965. Motion canie~ <br /> <br />Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution as amended. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1155 - Authorizing abatement proceedings 2901 City View (Shields) was submitted and <br />read in full. Mrs.Shields protested saying she could not complete the abatement because of ill health. <br />Action over a period of several months was reviewed and nothing had been done by the property owner. <br />Neighbors of Mrs.Shields in the audience said she had received sufficient notice and had had ample time <br />to complete the abatement.
