Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 13870. 1 Council Bill No. 7040 - Levying assessments for paving Elysium Avenue adjacent to Lot 1, Block 7, and Lot 13, Block 6, 1st Addition to Paradise Park; Providence Street a~ acent to Lot 1, Block 7, and Lot 1, Block 8, 1st Addition to Paradise Park; and Azure Street adjacent to Lot 1, Block. 2, and Lot 7, Block 1, Paradise Park Addition, was submitted and read in full. e Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. RESOLUTIONS 2 Resolution No. 1174 - Traffic Regulations - Prohibiting parking east side Oak Street from Broadway south 240 feet; l-way traffic going west on alley from Pearl Street to Oak Street between Broadway and 10th Avenue, was submitted and read in full. I. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 3 Resolution No. 1175 - Authorizing sale of property near 27th Avenue and Columbia Street to Robin M. and Laura M. Overstreet (EWEB) was submitted and read in full.' Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. .Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Rollcall vote. All'council- men present voting aye, the motion carried. 4 Resolution No. 1176 - Authorizing court action against steel pipe suppliers for collusion in steel pipe prices to City on sewer contract was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 5 Resolution No. 1177 - Accepting completion of Willakenzie Sewer, Phase V, and authorizing claim against Abrams Construction Company and Great American-Insurance Company for reimbursement of $42,532.51, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
