<br />The regular meeting of the Common Council'of the city of Eugene, Dregon, was called to order at
<br />7:30 p.m. PDT in the Council Chamber on May 10, 1965 by His Honor Mayor Edwin E. COne with,the-follow-
<br />ing councilmen present: Mr. Chatt, Mrs. Lauris, Messrs. Crakes, Hawk, Purdy, Anderson, and Lassen.
<br />Mr.. McNutt was absent.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Rev. Ray Tuttle of the Friendly Street Church of God.
