<br />Electric Board 'has been informed that the City will need additional time concerning
<br />disposal of the EWEB reservoir site property offered 'to the City for park purposes, .
<br />and that EWEB had been requested not, to sell this property immediately.' A petition
<br />had been submitted bearing 80 names requesting that the'property in question be used
<br />for park purposes. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Crakes to refer the matter to
<br />the City staff'for study and further fecommendation. Motion carried.

<br />2 7. Parking Prohibition South Willamette between Grandview and 2ard - The Public Works De-
<br />partment'recommended'that'parking be prohibited' at the west curb of Willamette Street
<br />from Grandview Street to 400 feet south, terminating approximately at 21st Avenue as
<br />vacated, and at the east curb of Willamette Street from 23rd Avenue north to the
<br />existing "no parking" area in front of the Civic Stadium. Mr. McNutt moved seconded.
