<br /> 2 Assessment Policy, Widening Coburg Road -The City Manager reviewed the'Coburg Road-widening' proJect,
<br /> outlining participation in cost by Lane County, the City, ,and owners of abutting properties.,

<br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes to assess abutting'properties for cost of-curbs, gutters, and
<br /> sidewalks., ' I

<br /> Mr. Ellis Jones read a lengthy prepared statement concerning the history otwidening Coburg Road and
<br /> stated that he, and some of his neighbors feel the City should pay for.all of the p~oject except
<br /> sidewalks.
