~ 451 e 12/13/65 I 1 Council Bill No. 7296 - Levying assessments for paving Jeppeson Acres Road from west boundary Paradise Park Addition to Medina Street; also Providence Street and Medina Street from Jeppeson Acres Road to Paradise Park Addition, submitted and read the first time infull on November 22, 1965 and held over for proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected property, was' brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only.
