Motion carried. 2 Council Bill No. 7372 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer for Lots 6-10~ Block 3, Marken- gayle Addition; also area between Fox Hollow Road and Larkwood Lane from north boundary of 2nd Addition to Pine Ridge Park to north, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. e RESOLUTIONS 3 Resolution No. 1262 - Authorizing new application to Department of Housing and Urban Development for Federal grant to acquire open-space land on south bank of Wil1amette River (OS-6 - $263,987.50) was submitted and read in full. I Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Rollcall vote. All. councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 4 Resolution No. 1263 - Granting variance from C-3P Commercial District to allow cabinet shop at 1891 Highway 99N south of Dove Lane extended (Ward) was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 5 Resolution No. 1264 - Traffic: Designating Jeppeson Acres Road as through street with "yield" signs at all intersecting streets between Coburg Road and Gilham Road, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 6 Resolution No. 1265 - Traffic: Designating Broadway l-way eastbound from Pearl Street to High Street was submitted p~t not read and withdrawn for later consideration. 7 Resolution No. 1266 - Calling hearing on March 14, 1966 concerning withdrawal from Willamalane Park District and Goshen Rural Fire District that area annexed to the City on December 13, 1965 (Henderson Avenue at Interstate 5 - Weaver), was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meetlng was adjourned, to Monday, February 28, 1966.
