49~ e 2/28/66 I Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk that the rules be suspended and the bill read the third tim by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 14207. 1 Council Bill No. 7379 - Calling hearing on April 11, 1966 concerning vacation of sanitary sewer easement westerly from Coburg Road to Oakmont Way (McKay), was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous annsent of the Council. I Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 3 Council Bill No. 7381 - Levying assessments for paving streets and construction of sanitary sewers in 1st Addition to Century Park was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr.Hawk that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. RESOL UTIONS 4 Resolution No. 1265 - Traffic: Broadway l-way eastbound from Pearl Street to High Street, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mr. Lassen to adopt the resolution. Motion carried, Mrs. Lauris and Mr. Crakes voting no. 5 Resolution No. 1267 - Authorizing filing application for survey and planning funds for downtown redevelopment, Department of Housing and Urban Development, $620,955, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. 6 Resolution No. 1268 - Authorizing Placing $1,750,000 bond issue on May 24, 1966 ballot - Parks Department pools and community buildings - was submitted and read in full. I Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. 7 Resolution No. 1269 - Authorizing filing application for $35,125 grant from Land & Water Con- servation Loan Fund for Skinners Butte Park development, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. e 8 Resolution No. 1270 - Authorizing agreement with State Finance Company concerning property at northwest corner of Coburg Road and Ca1 Young Road, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 9 Resolution No. 1271 - Authorizing agreement with Hayes and McKay Investment concerning rezoning to C-3P Commercial area between Coburg Road and Oakway Road, was submitted am read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. 10 Resolution No. 1272 - Transmitting to Planning Commission various rezoning requests and amendment to Zoning Code for hearings on March 1, 1966 and March 28, 1966, was submitted and read in full.
