Motion carried unanimously and <br />the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall <br />vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 14207. <br /> <br />1 Council Bill No. 7379 - Calling hearing on April 11, 1966 concerning vacation of sanitary sewer <br />easement westerly from Coburg Road to Oakmont Way (McKay), was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous annsent of the Council. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 7381 - Levying assessments for paving streets and construction of sanitary <br />sewers in 1st Addition to Century Park was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr.Hawk that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment <br />given owners of affected property. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOL UTIONS <br /> <br />4 Resolution No. 1265 - Traffic: Broadway l-way eastbound from Pearl Street to High Street, was <br />submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mr. Lassen to adopt the resolution. Motion carried, Mrs. Lauris and <br />Mr. Crakes voting no. <br /> <br />5 Resolution No. 1267 - Authorizing filing application for survey and planning funds for downtown <br />redevelopment, Department of Housing and Urban Development, $620,955, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1268 - Authorizing Placing $1,750,000 bond issue on May 24, 1966 ballot - Parks <br />Department pools and community buildings - was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />7 Resolution No. 1269 - Authorizing filing application for $35,125 grant from Land & Water Con- <br />servation Loan Fund for Skinners Butte Park development, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1270 - Authorizing agreement with State Finance Company concerning property at <br />northwest corner of Coburg Road and Ca1 Young Road, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9 Resolution No. 1271 - Authorizing agreement with Hayes and McKay Investment concerning rezoning <br />to C-3P Commercial area between Coburg Road and Oakway Road, was submitted am read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10 Resolution No. 1272 - Transmitting to Planning Commission various rezoning requests and amendment <br />to Zoning Code for hearings on March 1, 1966 and March 28, 1966, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the reso~uti0n.
