All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 14196. <br /> <br />1 Council Bill No. 7367 - Levying assessments for paving streets in 2nd Addition to University <br />He~hts; Pinecrest Drive from 43rd Avenue to south boundary of 2nd Addition to University Heights; <br />and sanitary sewers in 2nd Addition to University Heights (between Hilyard Street and Fox Hollow Road <br />from 43rd Avenue to north boundary of Markengayle Addition), submitted and readthe first time in full <br />on February 14, 1966 and held over for proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected <br />property, was brought back for consideration with nb written protest~ on file. <br /> <br />Mrs. La~is moved seconded by Mr. Hawk that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of theCouncil.
