All councilmen present votirg aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 14299. 1 Council Bill No. 7474 - Adopting plans and specifications for construction of storm sewer within Portland Park Addition was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be read the second 'time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. RESOL UTION S I 4 Resolution No. 1286 - Calling hearing on May 9, 1966 concerning withdrawal from Willamalane Park District and from Rainbow Water District that area annexed to the City on March 8, 1954, Ordinance 10409 (North Bank Park area), was submitted and read in full. Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. 5 Resolution No. 1287 - Calling hearing on May 9,1966 concerning withdrawal from Oakway Water Dis- trict, Willakenzie Fire District, and McKenzie Water Control District that :area annexed to the City on January 10, 1966, Ordinance 14146 (Calvin Street north of Harlow Road), was submitted and read in full. e Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution.
