~ %3 e 5/9/66 I 1 Council Bill No. 7519 - Withdrawing from Oakway Water District, Willakenzie Fire District, and McKenzie Water Control District that area annexed January 10, 1966, Ordinance 14146 (Calvin Street north of Harlow Road) was submitted and reading postponed until Council meeting to be called for May 26, 1966. 2 Council Bill. No. 7520 - Withdrawing from Willamalane Park District and Rainbow Water District that area annexed March 8, 1954, Ordinance 10409 (North Bank Park area) was submitted and reading postponed until Council meeting called for May 26, 1966. 3 Council Bill No. 7521 - Granting revocable permit to First Church of the Nazarene, to construct canopy over alley between 8th Avenue and Broadway west of Madison Street, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was .read the second time by council bill number only. e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the rules be suspended and the bill read the third time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
