Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the <br />second time by council bill mimoer only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the rules 'be suspended and the bill read the third time <br />by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5 Resolution No. 1292 - Approving East Campus Development Plan No. 3 was submitted and read in <br />full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chat t that the resolut ion be adopted. Motio n carried. <br /> <br />6 Resolution No. 1293 - Traffic: 1st Avenue area and intersecting streets, was submitted and <br />read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carrie~ <br /> <br />7 Resolution No. 1294 - Authorizing filing amended application for Open-Sapce Land Grmt South <br />Bank Willamette River (OS-6) in the amount of $216,792.50 was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Resolution No. l29~- Requesting transfer of jurisdiction from Lane County of 24th Avenue from <br />Jefferson Street to Madison Street was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9 Resolution No. 1296 - Authorizing signature of M. E. Gause as City Recorder-Treasurer at banks, <br />and repealing Resolutions 765 and 1124, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved sem nded by Mr. Chatt to adopt the resolution.
