Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the bill be read the third time by couocil bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
