Motion carried. <br /> 4 Resolution 1308 - Authorizing agreement between Lane County, Springfield, and Eugene concerning <br /> air pollution control for period ending June 30, 1967, was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br />I 5 Resolution 1309 - Autha.dzing application for Air Pollution Control grant, $19,224.00, was sub- <br /> mitted and read in full. . <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. . Motion carried. <br /> 6 Resolution No. 1310 - Approving University of Oregon Beautification Program was submitted and <br /> read in full. <br />e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 7 Resolution No. 1311 - Adopting City of Eugene Beautification Program was submitted.and read in <br /> full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 8 Resolution No. 1312 - Authorizing application for Federal Urban Beautification grant, $72,345.00, <br /> was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. . Motion carried. <br /> 9 Resolution No. 1313 - Variance to allow truck and other heavy equipment repair and storage at <br /> 110 Danebo Avenue in AR Agricultural zone (Allum Bros.) was submitted, not read, and held pending <br /> referral back to Planning Commission. <br />I 10 Resolution No. 1314 - Authorizing agreement with Earle D. Heckman and Atlas Foundry and Machine <br /> Company concerning use of patented manhole cover in City sewer oonstruction was submitted and read <br /> in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> 11 Resolution No. 1315 - Transmitting to Planning Commission various requests for rezoning and <br /> variances, Planning Commission hearing July 5, 1966, Council hearing.July 25, 1966, was submitted and <br />e read in full. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Dr. purdy.thatthe resolution be adopted.
