Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 2 Resolution No. 1317 - Authorizing conveyance of road easement to Leslie P. Netherton and Jack J. Phillips across EWEB Wa1tervi11e power plant facility property was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 3 Resolution No. 1318 - Authorizing relinquishment of EWEB easement from L. and Mary L. Szukai, Irvington Drive area, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. e 4 Resolution No. 1319 - Authorizing continuance of River Road Fire Protection agreement for period July 1, 1966 to June 30, 1967 was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. ,. 5 Resolution No~ 1320 - Authorizing Skyline Park Fire Protection contract was submitted and read I in full. Motion carried. . 6 Resolution No.1321 - Authorizing agreement with Maurie L. and Sylvia Jacobs concerning exit from Jacobs' building at 7th Avenue and Olive Street to City's parking lot was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr.Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 7 Resolution No. 1322 - Authorizing agreement with Trygve Vik and C. Ray Barnes concerning permanent 20-foot sewer easement between Tabor Street and Belt Line Road was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 8 Resolution No. 1323 - Calling hearing July 25, 1966 concerning location of trailer at 5300 Fox Hollow Road (Krek1au Ro11erRink) was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 9 Resolution No. 1324 - Calling hearing August 8, 1966 concerning abatement at 2420 Augusta Street (Albert Willie) was submitted and read in IDu11. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. I 10 Resolution No. 1325 - Authorizing Assurance of Compliance with Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964, Air Pollution Control grant, was submitted and read in full.
