<br /> t~~ <br />e <br /> 11/21/66 <br />I RESOLUTIONS <br /> 1 Resolution No. 1361 - Granting permission for house trailer at 1790 Highway 99N for nightwatch- <br /> man living quarters, Poole's Mobile Homes, was submitted and read in full. <br /> Gordon Barron, 1540 Hughes Street, objected generally to development of the property, saying that at <br /> the time the mobile home business was installed screening of the property was required but had never <br /> been installed. <br /> Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to table the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> 2 Resolution No. 1362 - Traffic: Right turn lane on 13th Avenue at Agate Street wa s submitted <br /> and read in full. <br /> Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution., Motion carried. <br />e 3 Resolution No. 1363 - Authorizing release of Mertz and Endicott easements in vicinity of <br /> Crocker Road and Irvington Drive (EWEB) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried, on rollcall vote, <br /> all councilmen present voting aye. <br /> 4 Resolution No. 1364 - Authorizing grant of access easement across Leaburg Canal property to <br /> Marvin and Josephine McClure (EWEB) was submitted and read in full. <br />I Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried, on rollcall vote, <br /> all councilmen present voting aye. <br /> 5 Resolution No. 1365 - Authorizing sale of property south of Belt Line Road and west of Inter- <br /> state 5 to Lane County (EWEB) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried, on rollcall vote, <br /> all councilmen present:voting aye. <br /> 6 Resolution No. 1366 - Calling hearing December 12, 1966 concerning abatement 528 West 10th <br /> Avenue, Chaddock, was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolutio~. Motion carri~d. <br /> 7 Resolution No. 1367 - Calling hearing December 12, 1966 concerning abatement 2850 Bell Street, <br /> Wright, was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution.
