Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. 'Motion carried. 2 Council Bill No. 7867 - Levying assessments for paving Oak Street from 28th Avenue to 29th Avenue was submitted and read the first time in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 3 Council Bill No. 7868 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer on Ingalls Way from Whitbeck Boulevard to 250 feet east was submitted and read in full. e Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessments given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 4 Council Bill No. 7869 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer between llth Avenue and 12th Avenue from west of McKinley Street to City View Street was submitted and read in fill 1. I Mr. Anderson moved seconded ,by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. 5 Council Bill No. 7870 -Levying assessments for sidewalk on northwest corner of Elanco Lane and Gilham Road adjacent to Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Rupert Heights Minor Subdivision was submitted and read in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment given owners of affected property. Motion carried. RESOLUTIONS 6 Resolution No. l36l - Granting variance for house trailer for nightwatchman at 1790 Highway 99N, Poole's Mobile Homes, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Mrs. Gordon Barron, l540 Hughes :Street, inquired if the trailer house would be permitted on resi- dential or commercial property, and was informed the variance would apply to commercial property only. 7 Resolution No. 1~88 - Granting variance for warehouse and office at 2074 Todd Street, Redfield, for two years, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. I 8 Resolution No. 1389 - Granting 6-month variance for retail knitting supply shop at 3569 Willamette Street, Nielsen, was submitted and read in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 9 Resolution No. 1390 - Authorizing agreement with State concerning islands at Moss Street and Franklin Boulevard was submitted and read in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. e lO Resolution No. 1391 - Authorizing exchange of Bloomberg Park properties (EWEB) was submitted and read in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that tbe resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 11 Resolution No. 1392 - Authorizing bargain and sale deed conveying to Roger Winfield Hall any City interest in that portion of Powell Street at Whitbeck Boulevard vacated by the City, was sub- mitted and read in full. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was adjourned to Monday, February 6, 1967. I fP E.
