Motion carried. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 7870 -Levying assessments for sidewalk on northwest corner of Elanco Lane and <br />Gilham Road adjacent to Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Rupert Heights Minor Subdivision was submitted and read <br />in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over and proper notice of assessment <br />given owners of affected property. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />6 Resolution No. l36l - Granting variance for house trailer for nightwatchman at 1790 Highway 99N, <br />Poole's Mobile Homes, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Gordon Barron, l540 Hughes :Street, inquired if the trailer house would be permitted on resi- <br />dential or commercial property, and was informed the variance would apply to commercial property only. <br /> <br />7 Resolution No. 1~88 - Granting variance for warehouse and office at 2074 Todd Street, Redfield, <br />for two years, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9 Resolution No. 1390 - Authorizing agreement with State concerning islands at Moss Street and <br />Franklin Boulevard was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />lO <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1391 - Authorizing exchange of Bloomberg Park properties (EWEB) was submitted <br />and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that tbe resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />11 Resolution No. 1392 - Authorizing bargain and sale deed conveying to Roger Winfield Hall any <br />City interest in that portion of Powell Street at Whitbeck Boulevard vacated by the City, was sub- <br />mitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted.
