Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the bill be held over to the March 27; 1967 Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 3 Council Bill No. 7906 - Levying assessments for paving Graham Drive in Hester Heights Addition, and sanitary and storm sewers in Hester Heights Addition, was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. 4 Council Bill No. 7907 - Levying assessments for paving Madison Street from Lorane Highway to 30th Avenue, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the bill be held over to the March 27, 1967 Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 5 Council Bill No. 7908 - Levying assessments for paving 25th Avenue from Lawrence Street to Washington Street, submitted and read the first time in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the bill be held over to the March 27, 1967 Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 6 Council Bill No. 7909 - Levying assessments for paving 25th Avenue from Friendly Street to Jackson Street, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the bill be held over to the March 27, 1967 Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 7 Council Bill No. 7910 - Levying assessments for paving 26th Avenue from Agate Street to Columbia Avenue, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the bill be held over to the March 27, 1967 Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 8 Council Bill No. 7911 - Levying assessments for paving 27th Avenue from Columbia Boulevard to Spring Boulevard, was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. 10 Council Bill No. 7913 - Levying assessments for sidewalk on 27th Avenue from Columbia Boulevard to Spring Boulevard, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the bill be held over to the March 27, 1967 Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. , RESOLUTIONS 11 Resolution No. 1398 - Authorizing road easement to city of Springfield across EWEB easement north and east of Q Street/I-105 Interchange, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson to adopt the rerolution. Rollcall vote. All Councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 12 Resolution No. 1399 - Authorizing underground electric distribution easement to EWEB across City property to Sheldon Pool and Community Building, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 13 Resolution No. 1400 - Authorizing agreement with J&W Towing Company for bicycle storage, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson to adopt the resolution.
