All councilmen present votingaye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 14756. 1 Council Bill No. 7912 - Levying assessments for sidewalk on 15th Avenue from Polk Street to Ida Patterson School, submitted and read the first time in full on February 27, 1967 and held over to this meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be read the second time by council bill num- ber only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 6 Resolution No. 1405 - Calling hearing April 24, 1967 on withdrawing from Glenwood Water District that area annexed by Ordinance 14643, January 9, 1967 (east of Interstate 5 and south of Judkins Ro~d- Weaver) was submitted and read in full. I Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 7 Resolution No. 1406 - Transmitting to Planning Commission various requests for rezoning for hearing April 4, 1967 - Council hearing April 24, 1967, was submitted and read in full. - Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted.
