Motion carried. 1 Council Bill No. 7987 - Levying assessments for paving alley between 14th Avenue and 15th Avenue from Ferry Street to Patterson Street, was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. 2 Council 'Bill No. 7988: - Levying assessments for paving, sanitary and storm sewers in Marlow Park Subdivision; also storm sewer on Norwood Stre'et from Lamar Lane to north boundary of Marlow Park Sub- division, was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. RESOLUTIONS 4 Resolution ,No. 1411 - Adopting' amended Urban Beautiff.cation Program, 3-year, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the resolutionbe adopted~ Motion carried. 5 Resolution No. 1412 - Authorizing application fo.r Urban Beautification Grant, 3-year pr9g-ram, $21,343.00, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved secord ed' by Mr. Anderson that the resolution be adop:ted. Motion carried. 6 Resolution No. 1413 - Traffic: Parking Prohibition Willamette Street between 24th Avenue and 29th Avenue; and 2-hour parking limit on 3rd Avenue between Pearl Street and High Street, was sub- mitted and read in full. Motion carried. 8 Resolution No. 1415 - Authorizing agreement between City and County re: Crime Lab, was submitted arid read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 9 Resolution No. 1416 - Adopting Conununity Goals report-, was submitted and read in full.
