Motion carried. <br /> <br />2 Council 'Bill No. 7988: - Levying assessments for paving, sanitary and storm sewers in Marlow Park <br />Subdivision; also storm sewer on Norwood Stre'et from Lamar Lane to north boundary of Marlow Park Sub- <br />division, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Dr. Purdy moved 'seconded by Mr. Anderson that ~he bill' be held over to. the May 22, 1967 Council meet- <br />ing to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of'affected property. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6 Resolution No. 1413 - Traffic: Parking Prohibition Willamette Street between 24th Avenue and <br />29th Avenue; and 2-hour parking limit on 3rd Avenue between Pearl Street and High Street, was sub- <br />mitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Dr. Purdy moved seconde'd by Mr,.
