<br /> around.parked- cars. The Public Works Dire'ct'or- said sweeping at' night br-ought complaints
<br /> because of the noise of the sweepers, but that it could be tried again.

<br /> Electric. The City Manager explained Side Street was never a dedicated right-of-way, I

<br /> ce1e~ wheh use of~the street intetfered with a switching track-extendedi~t6th~ area ~nd -
<br /> put into use. The only dedication to the City in the vicinit-y'- is a sewer easement.
