Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried .unanimous1y and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the rules be suspended and the bill read the third time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. I 6 Council Bill No. 8119 - Counc ilman Purdy asked when the second reading of this council bill would be - rezoning property at 19th and Agate to R-3G. He asked that the agreement. between the City and Mr. Weaver be brought back for discussion because it did not state the number of units to be con- structed, it did not designate a time limit, and it provides for R-3G zoning when he understood the rezoning was intended to be' R-2. with a variance.. It was understood discussion of the agreement would be scheduled for a committee-of-the-whole meeting. 7 Council Bill No. 8142 - Levying assessments for ~b~tement of building at 2850 BelL Avenue (Wright) was submitted and read in full. 4It Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over to the :cAugust 4~, 1967 meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected property.
