The Public Works Director
e explained various factors entering into computation of costs, including extraordinary depth of trenches
in some areas and subsequent decision by the Council to defray aportion of the assessment. He also,
gave a comparison indicating a marked increase in construction costs since 1963.
A letter was presented from Harold Trunnell together with a reply from the Public Works Department
with regard to connections installed for Mr. Trunnell's properties - Lots 10,8,7, Crystal Park Addition.
Ervin E.
