Motion carried. <br />I , <br /> 3 Council Bill No. 8218 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in BD-66-l2 (bounded by BPA <br /> easement, line 160 feet east of and parallel to Echo Hollow Road, Coos Bay branch of Southern Pacific <br /> right-Of-way, line 160 feet west of and parallel to Danebo Avenue) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over to the January 8, 1968 Council <br /> meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. <br /> 4 Council Bill No. 8219 - Levying assessments for paving streets in Candlelight Park Addition; <br /> also Candlelight Drive from north line of Candlelight Park to north; and storm sewer in Candlelight <br /> Park and in area from 160 feet east to 160 feet west of Candlelight Drive between Barger Drive and <br /> Royal Avenue, was submitted and read in full. <br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over to the January 8, 1968 Council <br /> meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. <br /> 5 Council Bill No. 8220 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in area between McLean Boulevard <br /> and south City limits from west City limits to 1300 feet east was submitted and read in full. <br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over to the January 8, 1968 council <br /> meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Mot io n carried. <br /> 6 Council Bill No. 8221 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in WS-67-3 (area in Pioneer <br /> Corners Subdivision, Westers Addition, and between Tomahawk place Subdivision, Coburg Road, Pioneer <br />I Pike, and Pioneer Court) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over to the January 8, 1968 Council <br /> meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. <br /> 7 Council Bill No. 8222 - Levying assessments for paving Elizabeth Street from Royal Avenue to <br /> south boundary of 2nd Addition to M. P. Lassen Plat was submitted and read in full. <br />e Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over to the January 8, 1968 Council <br /> meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. <br /> 8 Council Bill No. 8223 - Levying assessments for paving alley between Kincaid Street and Harris <br /> Street from 19th Avenue to 20th Aven~ was submitted and read in full. <br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held over to the January 8, 1968 Council <br /> meeting to allow propernotice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTIONS <br /> 9 Resolution No. 1471 - Amending resolution approving application for 300 dwelling units under <br /> Leased Housing Act (Lane Housing Authority) was submitted and read in full. <br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br />I 10 Resolution No. 1472 - Authoirizing agreement with city of Springfield and Lane County re: Lane <br /> Regional Air Pollution Authority was submitted and read in full. <br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> 11 Resolution No. 1473 - Traffic: Establishing McLean Boulevard as arterial; Prohibiting parking on <br /> Fairfield Street; establishing tow-away zone on Oak Street between 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue, was sub- <br /> mitted and read in full. <br />e Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution.
