All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 15121. <br /> <br />1 Council Bill No. 8305 - Construction of sanitary sewer in area 160 feet south of 18th Avenue <br />from Oak Patch Road to the west 500 feet, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Lassen that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read th e <br />second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Lassen that the rules be suspended and the bill read the third time <br />by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 15126. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 8310 - Levying assessments for portion IT sanitary sewer in BD-65-l3 (bounded on <br />north by north City limits, future north/south Belt Line Road, center of Section 21, T17S, R4W, W.M., <br />and section line between Sections 20 and 21 and between Sections 16 and 17, T17S, R4W, W.M.), and <br />repealing Ordinance 14969 (DeVos-Fitzgerald), was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the bill be held until the March 25, 1968 Council meet- <br />ing to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties.
