Bureau of Outdoor Recreation for $5,600.00 <br />(50%)matching funds) for Skinners Butte Park (Land and Water Conservation Funds) was submitted and <br />read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2 Resolution No. 1513 - Authorizing application with Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />for grant for Phase I of Crescent Avenue Sewer Trunk ($156,000.00) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3 Resolution No. 1514 - Status of building permits now filed with Public Works Department re: <br />Adoption of Zoning Ordinance 15158, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr.Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />It was explained 'this resolution will freeze permits as of this date, so that those applied for but <br />not issued may be taken to the Board of Appeals for consideration of a variance. Mr. George Pyle <br />said he had an application for construction on Garden Way with plans drawn up under the old regula- <br />tions. If changed to comply with the new regulations, it will mean an additional $10,000 to $25,000 <br />for parking underneath the structure instead of using a parking lot.
