Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />3 Resolution No. 1528 - Authorizing agreement with Southern Pacific Company re: Southern Pacific <br />crossing on Garfield Street, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4 Resolution No. 1529 - Traffic: Prohibiting parking on Donald between 40th and 41st; 30th between <br />Harris and University; Wilson and 7th Place; Jefferson and Washington Streets from Bridge to 8th <br />Avenue; and extension of one-way grid On Lincoln and Lawrence from 5th to 13th and on 8th and Broadway <br />from Jefferson to High; was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen to adopt the resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6 Resolution No. 1531 - Authorizing variance to allow automobile parking and tire storage at 29th <br />Avenue and Willamette Street (Mobil Oil) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson moved seconded by Mr. Lassen that the resolution be adopted.
