~1~8 5/27/68 . -:I i'J I: Ii Ii " I , Council Chamber Eugene, Oregon May 27, 1968 .~ Adjourned meeting of the Common Council of the city of Eugene, Oregon - adjourned from the regular meeting held May 13, 1968 - was called to order at 7:30 p.m. on May 27, 1968 in the Council Chamber by Council President Lester Anderson in the absence of Mayor Cone (entered the meeting later). Other councilmen present were: Mrs. Lauris, Dr. Purdy, Mr. McNutt, Mr. Lassen, Mrs. Hayward (entered during meeting); Mr. McDonald, and Mr. Wingard. . . Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. 4 Harlow Road, Opened May $ 375.00 465.00 27, 1968 Bids - House Demolition, 3280 Stanton W. Payne DSS Crane Service The Public Works Department recommended acceptance of the low bid. \. Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to award contract to Stanton W. Payne on his low bid of $375.00. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. *". , ' --. ~ Waiver of Bid Procedure and Contract Award, Valley West - The Public Works Department recom- mended approval of waiver of bid procedure - and award of contract to Wildish Construction Company for $60,564.64 for construction of streets and sewers in Valley West Subdivision. I 5 Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to approve the recommendation. Rollcall vote.
