Payne on his low bid of <br />$375.00. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried. <br /> <br />*". <br />, ' <br />--. ~ <br /> <br />Waiver of Bid Procedure and Contract Award, Valley West - The Public Works Department recom- <br />mended approval of waiver of bid procedure - and award of contract to Wildish Construction <br />Company for $60,564.64 for construction of streets and sewers in Valley West Subdivision. <br />I <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to approve the recommendation. Rollcall vote.
