<br /> :' Councilman Anderson said he had inquiries about proper restoration of the area, and the Public Works
<br /> Director explained the schedule for inspection and completion by the contractor. Several residents
<br /> of the area protested the extra cost to them for reseeding parking strips where the sewer was con-
<br /> !: structed behind the curb.' The Public Works Director said this cost was not included in the contract,
<br /> and that the sewer was constructed behind the curb in those area~ where a majority of the residents
<br /> I requested it at that location.

<br /> A letter was read from Marvin Hendrickson requesting deferment of assessment against property at
<br /> 2494 ,Roosevelt Boulevard on the basis he'requested' the'stub run to Fech Street side where a sewer has
<br /> not been installed. It was explained that Mr. Hendrickson requested the stub on the Foch Street s~de
<br /> and that the Roosevelt Boulevard line was available and of benefit to the property.

<br /> Mrs. Earl Neer, 990 East 23rd Avenue, objected to assessment against Tract 14,Fox Hollow No.4. She
<br /> i said they were not notified of the street and sewer construction, were not aware the street touched ,II
<br /> their property, and sold the property assuring ~he buyer there were no liens against it.
<br /> The Public Works Director explained that the proper legal advertising was carried out but that,the
<br /> project was:'started prior to ad<?Ption of the policy of sending notices to individual property owners on
