<br /> Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Rollcall vote. All council-

<br /> 2 Resolution No. 1599 - Authorizing Hangar Lease to Bruce J. Herzinger, trustee for Linda Hult
<br /> Curtiss, was submitted and read in full.
<br /> Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that the resolution be adopted. Rollcall vote. All council-
<br /> men present voting aye, motion carried.
<br /> 3 Resolution No. 1600 - Authorizing Agreement on Lease of Commercil Space, 10th and Oak Parking
<br /> Structure, to Nils B. Hult, was submitted and read in full.
<br /> Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All councilne n
<br /> present voting aye, motion carried.

<br /> 4 School District Property, ~9th and Pearl - Councilman Purdy suggested the Council go on
<br /> record recommending that the School Board not sell its property at 19th and Pearl.
<br /> The City Manager said a letter was written to the School District pointing out that
<br /> long-range development plans contemplate desirability of a green belt strip between
<br /> . Amazon Park and the central business district, and that this property would fit into
<br /> that design. There has been no reply. The City Attorney suggested referring the item
<br /> to the Planning Commission since the property is now zoned for public use and probably
<br /> . would not be bought unless the zone were changed to accommodate development.
<br /> Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. McDonald to write to the School Board, sending a copy of the letter
<br /> . to the Planning Commission, that its property at 19th and Pearl be kept in public ownership because
<br /> of anticipated problems which would be encountered in extension of the Amazon Parkway. Motion carried.
<br /> On motion duly made, seconded, and carried, th e meeting was adjourned.
