Council Bill No. 8811 - Authorizing issuance and sale of $1,190,000 of General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series "Y", of the City of Eugene, Oregon and directing that they be adver- tised for sale, all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 223, Oregon Revised Statutes, commonly known as the "Bancroft Bonding Act" as amended, was submitted an'd read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously, and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. e Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the rules be.suspended and the bill be read the third time by council bill number only with unanimous consent of the Council. Council Bill No. 8819 - Providing for the issuance and sale of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($360,000) of General Obligation Laurelwood Park Bonds of the city of Eugene Oregon, being a b~nd issue authorized by Charter Amendment enacted by the legal voters of said City at a General Election held November 5, 1968, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only with unaninous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the rules be suspended and the bill be read the third time by council bill number only with unanimous consent of the Council.
