Council Bill No. 8861 - Authorizing condemnation of temporary construction easement and perm- anent sewer easement from AdelIa Mae Kirkpatrick was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the second time by council bill ,number only with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the rules be suspended time by council bill number only with unanimous cons,en,t, of the Council,' and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. and the bill be read the third Motion carried ,unanimously Mrs. Hayw~rd moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be approved and given final passage. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill.be held over to May 12, 1969 council meet- ing to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Council Bill 8858 - Levying assessments for ,sanitary sewer on Fox Hollow Road from 44th Avenue to the south boundary Qf Empire Heights was submitted and read in full. Mrs. ~ayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the May 12, 1969 Council ~meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Council Bill 8859 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer within Replat of 1st Addition to Capita~ Bill was s~bmitted and read in full. Motion carried. Resolution No. 1655 - Approving policy contained in the form "Petition for Imprevement by Sub- divider" and approving such form and use, was submitted and, read in full. Resolution No. 1657 - Prescribing form of notice of sale of $360,000 General Obligation Laurel wood Park Bonds of city of Eugene, Oregon, Resolution No. 1658 - Notice of Sale of $1,190,000 General Obligation Bancroft Bonds, Resolution No. 1659- Notice of sale of $l. 995,000 General Obligation Tenth and Oak Overpark Bonds all adopted at meeting of April 28, 1969. See those. minutes. Resolution No. 1661 - Exception variance for Williams Bakery ,to permit ,c~nst~uction ~of ,addition on property in C-2 District was submitted and read im~full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Resolution No. 1660 - Exception Variance for Mack Moore and Alfred Paulson for construction of new Eugene Granite and Marble Works, Westside Funeral Chapel and residence or living quarters for caretaker was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. 'McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion ~rried. Resolution No. 1662 - Withdrawing portions of the Zumwalt Fire Protection District heretofore annexed to the city of Eugene; setting May 26, 1969 for hearing, was submitted and read in full. - - . ...
