Council Bill 8929 - Paving Gilham Road from Belt Line Road to Holley Avenue was submitted and read in full. ( Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only with unanimous conse~t of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the rules be suspended and the bill be read the third time by council bill number only. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be approved and given final passage. Resolution No. 1689 - Proh~biting parking along the easterly side of Baxter Street beginning at Royal Avenue 500' north was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously.
