<br /> ii of Eugene. He explained that two phases would be involved, the first being consideration of II
<br /> ~: possible action, and second, against whom action would be taken'. It is estimated cost for ,
<br /> I; attorneys fees would be between $200 and $1000. I'

<br /> " It was concluded that there would be many adyantages to retention of a local firm. It is the !I

<br /> 'I staff recommendation that the firm of J9hnson, Johnson and Harrang be retained for the first

<br /> Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mrs. Beal that the Council approve the recommendation of the ,

<br /> ,: phases to the problem, and that Mr. Arthur Johnson and Mr. Rick Mercer will start work
