Ii **Regarding Council Bill 8968 - Mrs. Beal asked whether this should not be sent to the Boundary Board. The City Attorney explained that this had been sent by Resolution at the meeting of ;1 August 11 to the Boundary Board, and they had returned it to the City, since the new statute applies i I only to those matters not instituted before July 1, 1969. RESOLUTIONS , . Resolution No. 1720 - Setting amount of increase for taxi fares within the city of Eugene was I submitted and read in full. I Mr. Wingard moved seconded by Mrs. Beal that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously.
