There will be a <br /> public hearing at the tline the bids are opened. <br /> Council Bill No. 8987 - Levying assessments for paving alley between Portland Street and Willamette <br /> Street from 26th Avenue to 27th Avenue was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the October f3, 1969 <br /> Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Council Bill No. 8988 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer on Sunshine Acres Road from Dapple <br /> Way to I~L05 was submitted and read in.full. _ T . . - - <br /> Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the October 13, 1969 Council <br /> meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties... .Motion carried <br /> unanimousl~. . . ~ . - . . . . <br /> Council Bill No. 8989 - Levying assessments for paving 50th Avenue from Imperial Street ~o Kings- <br /> wood Street was submitted and read in full. <br /> Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the October 13, 1969 Counc il <br /> meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties.
