<br /> meeting, one~property owner had 'asked to be relieved of the sidewalk project at this time, as they
<br />I contemplate starting a residence on the lot within a thirty day period. Staff would recommend
<br /> bid be modified to delete this property from the contract and recommend award to K.A. Wardell of
<br /> the second project on Fillmore Street and the project on the south side of 13th Avenue from Chambers I
<br /> I to Taylor in the amount of $1298.64. I

<br /> I Bids were opened October 10 on a sanitary sewer sealing project between City View Street ,and
<br /> Wilson Court from 14th Avenue to 18th Avenue. Recommend award to low bidder on this project. I

<br />e I Hayward moved seconded by McDonald to award contract to low bidder in each of these three projects

<br /> I and on the secpnd bid opened October 3, approve suggested modification outlined by Public Works
