RESOLUTIONS Resolution No. 1727 - Approving and confirming agreement between city of Eugene and Eugene " , r Area Chamber of Commmerce was submitted and read in full. ~ Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald, that the resolution be adopted. Motion,carried. Resolution No. 1728 - Authorizing agreement of assignment between Nils B. Hult and Universal Developers, and authorizing city's consent thereto was submitted and read in full., - ' e .i I In answer to a question from Mr. Teague if problems between parties had been worked out in this case, I I Mr. Mills explained that this was a matter of contractual agreement and assignment concerning the overpark, and involved a different matter than that of which Mr. Teague was speaking. I Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. I II Resolution No. 1729 - Transmitting to Planning Commission request for zone change for Iron Mountain Investment Company was submitted and read in full.'
