Mr. McDonald moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the bill be read, the second time by council bill number, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number on~y. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was held. Council Bill No. 9018 - Levying assessments for paving 21st Avenue from Monroe Street ,to Ftfendly Street was submitted and read in full. Mr. McDonald moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the bill be held over to the meeting of November 24, I 1969, to allow proper notice of assessments to given owners' of affected properties. Motion carried, and the,bill was held. Council Bill No. 9019 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer within Pine Ridge Estates Add- I ition was submitted and read in full. I I .. .
