ORDINANCES Council Bill No. 8978 - Prohibiting Overnight parking of trucks upon certain -streets of the I city of Eugene, and providing a penalty was discussed earlier (page 4 and 5), and waS8 tabled in I that action. Council Bill No. 9034 - Amending Ordinance No. 15158' of city of Eugene pertaining to parking in front yard setbacks and imposing penalty ,for violation thereof was discussed earlier (page 4 and 5) and was tabled in that action. Council Bill No. 9035 - Levying assessments for paving 16th Avenue from 200 feet west of Jefferson Street tooWashington Street was submitted and read in ftill. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over toethe January 12, 1970 meeting e to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. Council Bill No. 9036 - Levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer within 3rd addition to Flintridge was submitted and read in full. Mrs'. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the January 12, 1970 meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion c'arried. I Council Bill No. 9037 - Levying assessments for paving Douglas Drive from McLean Boulevard f to 750 feet east was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moyed seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the January 12, 1970 meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Council Bill No. 9039 - Levying assessments for paving and sanitary sewer on Bendix Avenue from Sunshine Acres Road to Van Duyn Road; and Van Duyn Road from Bendix Avenue to north and south '130 ft., I was submitted and read in full.
