I Council Bill No. 9081 - Levying assessments for pav'ng, sidewalk and driveway approaches on Gil- ham Road from Cal Young Road to Belt Line Road and Rocky Lane From Gilham Road to Elysium Avenue was submitted and read in full. Mr. McDonald moved seconded by Mr. Teague that the bill be held over to the March 9, 1970 meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried unani- mously and the bill was held. Council Bill No. 9082 - Levying assessments for paving Capital Drive from Cresta-de-Ruta to Spring Boulevard; Spring Boulevard from 60' south of Capital Drive to 400' north of Capital Drive; Madrona Drive from Capital Drive to 100' north; Woodlawn Avenue from Capital Drive to 70' W~st; ind Cresta-de-Ruta from ,Capital to 200' north was submitted and read in full.
