All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 15900. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 9091 - Amending Zoning Ordinance Article 14, Section 14.02 deleting Mobile Home <br />Parks as permitted use in M81 District was.-submitted February 23, 1970 and held over to this meeting <br />for further study. <br /> <br />*Councilman Williams was still concerned about prohibiting mobile homes in M-l and M-2 zones. Hestill <br />felt they should be allowed in M-2 zone as a conditional use. The Planning Director explained that <br />uses allowed in M-2 are not compatible with mobile home living, but he felt that allowing them condi- <br />tionally would certainly be better than outright uses, as'.they are now. City Manager explained that Mr. <br />Williams suggestion would not be contrary to the ordinances before the Council, and that these could <br />be passed and Mr. Williams suggestion presented to the Planning Commission for further consideration. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mrs. Hayward that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Counciili. In answer to Mrs. Beal, Manager <br />said the Planning Commission is now working on enforcement procedures for conditional use permits. <br /> <br />Vote taken on motion. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 9092 - Amending zoning ordinance Article 15 Section 15.02 deleting Mobile Home <br />Parks as permitted use in M82 District was submitted February 23, 1970 and held over to this meeting <br />for further study. (See C.B. 9091 above) <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mrs. Hayward that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
