Street through this area (Frances Willard School <br />Area) was submitted but,wasnetr~ad_~. It was held over for further study (see page 1 of Council minutes) <br /> <br />Council Bill ,No. 9124 - Levying assessments'for sanitary sewer within 160' of Polk Street from <br />Railroad Boulevard to 300' north of Polk Court, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the meeting of April 27, 1970, to <br />allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried unanimousl~ <br />and the bill was held over. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 912g - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer on McKinley Street from Roosevelt <br />Boulevard to south 600' was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the meeting of April 27, 1970 <br />to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried <br />unanimously and the bill was held over. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1792 - Consent to assignment between Eugene and Air West of certain rights and <br />privileges under lease from Air West to Hughes Air Corporation, and authorizing City Manager to execute <br />censent to assignment, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1793 - Determining that pedestrian mall in central retail shopping area of the city <br />of Eugene shall be established, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1794 - Directing issuance of voters pamphlet for special election to be held in con- <br />junction with general primary election 'of May 26, 1970, was submitted andread_._ in fulL <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mcdonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1795 - Referring request for annexation to boundary commission, area in vicinity <br />of Riviewa Shopping Center, west of City Sewage Treatment Plant (River Road) was submitted and read <br />in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution 1790 - Approving sale of surplus property to Henry Salot (.038 acres) Eugene Water and <br />Electric Board, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1798 - Permit and easement for Eugene Water and Electric Board power line, west <br />of Tot Lot In Berkeley Park, was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the resolution be adopted.
