' . , I The motion carried unanimously. 2450 Potter Street was I Mr. Robert Kenyon, 1650 Pearl, said he is in the process of purchasing this property, and will apply for a permit from the Building Department to dismantle the building, or restore it. The purchase should be completed within a week. The City Manager suggested a reasonable iength of time be given to Mr. Kenyon to develop his plans. ,Since this is a dangerous building, it should not be extended:any lon~er than necessary. e Mayor Anderson suggested that this matter be held over to the nex~ meeting. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. All councilmen voting no, motion failed.
