The City Manager explained that the staff was working with the University to develop I <br /> I, <br /> " a plan for possible exchange of lands and sharing of responsibility for costs, a?d hoped to bring I <br /> ,I I <br /> I' <br /> I " this with University approval before the Council had the final reading of the ordinance. I <br /> il II <br /> I <br /> In answer to Councilwoman Beal, the City Manager said that progress is being made, and that they <br /> expect to report in the near future. <br /> Councilman McDonald asked' if it would be possible to set a date for Council review. He suggested <br /> 1 that this be brought back at the first meeting in September. The City Manager asked if it could be <br /> II brought back before that time if progress had been made.
