The City Manager explained that the staff was working with the University to develop I I, " a plan for possible exchange of lands and sharing of responsibility for costs, a?d hoped to bring I ,I I I' I " this with University approval before the Council had the final reading of the ordinance. I il II I In answer to Councilwoman Beal, the City Manager said that progress is being made, and that they expect to report in the near future. Councilman McDonald asked' if it would be possible to set a date for Council review. He suggested 1 that this be brought back at the first meeting in September.
