Rollcall vote. Councilmen McDonald and Teague voted <br /> I no; all other councilmen voted aye. Motion carried. The bill was declared passed and numbered 16037. <br /> I ~~n answer to Mayor Anderson, the City Manager saidi.it was his understanding that the amendment I <br /> I would not require three readings.
