Council Bill No. 9255 - Transmitting to Lane County, the City property levy for the fiscal year 1970-71 was submitted and read in full. Council Bill No. 9235 - Rezone area located between West 12th and West 13th Avenue and Chambers and Taylor Streets (Moose Loage) was submitted to the Council and passed on July 27, 1970. It was not approved by the Mayor, since this request was denied by the Council at the meeting of July 27, 1970. RESOLUTIONS I Resolution 1848 - Authorizing the City Manager to execute contract between the City and White Bird Clinic was submitted and read in full. I Mr. Teague moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. I Resolution 1849 - Authorizing the City Manager to execute contract between the City and Buckley House was submitted and read in full. Mr. Teague moved seconded by'Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Resolution 1850 - Authorizing the City Manager to execute contract between the City and Lane County Council on Alcoholism, was submitted and read in full. I, Mr. Teague moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned to August 31, 1970.
